Talent & Brand Consultant
Jessica Celi is a Peruvian expatriate based in Essen, whose professional path has moved deliberately from psychology into brand and content strategy. This trajectory reflects a consistent focus: understanding how people think, navigate change, and pursue opportunity, and how organizations are perceived in turn.
With over seven years of international experience in Europe and Latin America, Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Universiteit Maastricht, building on an earlier degree in Psychology and training in Ontological Coaching. This combination of academic background and first-hand experience in the field across the Dutch, German, and Spanish markets gives her a distinctive dual perspective: a genuine understanding of what customers and future employees want, paired with insight into how organizations are perceived from the outside.
Jessica provides in-depth analyses of already existing brand & content strategies as well as every step necessary to make sure your brand gets the attention it deserves. Her approach draws equally on her psychological training and years of recruiter-side experience, giving clients both the human and the practical sides of how communicating via Social Media, newsletters and Co. actually works.
She holds a freelance residence permit in Germany and works across Europe and Latin America.

Founder, Red Tape Translation
Red Tape Translation UG is a Berlin-based translation and relocation agency helping internationals navigate German bureaucracy, from residence permits and official documents to setting up a business and dealing with authorities.
Originally from Australia and based in Germany since 2009, Kathleen knows both professionally and personally how bewildering German bureaucracy can be when your language skills aren’t up to scratch. A trained translator and interpreter, she founded Red Tape Translation to bridge the gap between internationals and the German systems they need to navigate.
Today, Kathleen and her team provide certified and legal translations, interpreting and practical relocation support, with a particular focus on immigration and residence matters, freelancing and self-employment, and navigating German public offices. Red Tape Translation also provides virtual office services for freelancers and small businesses that need a professional business address in Berlin.
Kathleen’s approach is warm and practical rather than theoretical: sometimes relocation coaching becomes “visa therapy” rather than just ticking items of a checklist. Having built her own business and started a family in Germany, she has first-hand experience of just about all the systems her clients encounter, from tax platforms and health insurance battles to marriage and children, along with entrepreneurship and the general joys of German paperwork.
Before becoming an intepreter and entrepreneur, Kathleen spent many years working professionally as an opera singer in Germany.
Licenses & Certificates
Kathleen was trained by Euroakademie Berlin in Language Interpretation and Translation.
Contact & further info
Kathleen works in both English and German and Red Tape Translation supports clients in several other languages through its network of professional translators and interpreters.

Lawyer for Entrepreneurs, Freelancers & Founders
Olivia Marcu-Iordanescu is an international lawyer based in Germany who helps entrepreneurs, freelancers, and founders from all over the world build legally sound businesses – including coaches, educators, consultants, digital creators and influencers, IT freelancers, e-commerce owners, and startups.
Olivia is an international lawyer with 19 years of legal practice, admitted as a qualified attorney-at-law with the Rechtsanwaltskammer Zweibrücken in Germany. She has spent her career at the intersection of international law and cross-border business, previously as in-house legal counsel for multinational corporations across media & entertainment, retail, real estate, and energy.
Today, her practice focuses on supporting international entrepreneurs, freelancers, and professionals building their businesses in Germany – people navigating a legal and bureaucratic system that isn’t the one they grew up with, often in a language that isn’t their first.
Her work covers contracts, GDPR and data protection (Datenschutz) compliance, terms and conditions, Impressum requirements, intellectual property protection, business setup, dispute resolution and the broader legal foundations a growing business needs in Germany and the EU.
Having built her own business in Germany as a non-German founder herself, Olivia understands firsthand what it takes to start from zero in an unfamiliar system – and works to make legal compliance clear and actionable rather than intimidating.
Beyond 1:1 legal advice, Olivia runs a community for international founders in Germany, and her platform spotlegal.io offers ready-to-use legal templates for founders who need fast, affordable essentials in place.
